Botanico prides itself on impeccable service, each enquiry is completely different, this is why we offer a completely bespoke service, from personalised drinks menus to wedding day table service, tailoring your requirements down to the very last detail.
From dry hire to a complete bespoke bar build, we can provide any size bar and wholesale drinks packages tailored to specific requirements.
Central to what we offer is our diverse drinks list, selected and crafted to excite and captivate your guests. With an extensive collection of expertly sourced selected spirits the list varies from the classics of premium brands to fine and rare spirits making the offering truly unique. No drink is complete without quality garnish, we aim to source the finest quality local ingredients adding something special to each and every drink.

DRY HIRE
We offer dry hire of our bars for your own personal use. We will arrive at your desired location and install the empty bar for you to stock as you please. This option enables you to have full control over the bar stock in order for you to add your own selection of drinks. This can be used as a great way to bring your overall price down when planning a large event.
CASH BAR
Our most popular package, your guests purchase their drinks as they would in any other bar. For many events, we run our incentive scheme where when your minimum bar spend reaches a certain figure, we will refund you 75% of your Booking Fee.
The pricing of our spirits list is a fundamental premise of the Botanico ethos, an a set fee making the whole process hassle free allowing you to sample a variety of different premium spirits at no additional cost, our other drinks are competitively priced.
FULL BAR SERVICE
This is our premium bar service, you pre pay for an agreed amount of selected drinks ready for the special occasion at a discount price in advance.
Our staff monitor the spend and once this amount has been reached, the Cash Bar format takes over and your guests begin to purchase their drinks themselves, unless you decide to increase the amount, payable on the evening.
You are provided with a detailed bar spend at the end of the event. This is becoming increasingly popular as everything is provided, undoubtedly the best way to make sure your guests have a memorable day.
BESPOKE
We can provide any size bar and wholesale drinks packages tailored to specific requirements. Providing additional barstaff if required and manage the bar as with any one of our other events. You can mix and match options from our ideas, and we are more than happy to work alongside other suppliers to create a seamless event in line with our reputation and customer testimonials.
COFFEE BAR
We currently have two mobile coffee units serving fresh, organic, artisan coffee supplied by our friends at Wolfox Roasters.
Piaggio Ape: Our Piaggio started life in Italy before joining us for its facelift now serving quality coffee at a wide range of events, festivals and private parties.
Landrover: The most recent addition to our coffee service is a 1982 Land Rover Series Three that has been converted to a fully functioning brew bar.
